Buying Scopes

I am looking to buy a rifle scope an would like to know if  anyone has purchased scopes from any of these businesses and were the results good or bad.

I've bought a Leica rangefinder from etronics.com and a gun stock from Warner guns (your outdoorguides link) and both transactions went fine. Ordering was a lot easier from etronics.com, of course, because I didn't have actually call in during their business hours like with Warner. I've never heard of the other company you linked, so I can't give an opinion on them.

Someone once told me, "Buy Leupold and don't look back" if your are in it for the long haul.  I didn't believe it, but not Leupold is on top of all my silhouette rifles.

Here are some others that I buy from. Natchez and SWFA have already been linked, so I won't include them in my list even though I have used them before with no problems whatsoever. If I'm undecided on exactly which model, a call to Chris at SWFA is always sure to net me some good advice, too.

If you are buying Leupold check out Lester Bruno at www.brunoshooters.com/   Awhile back he was selling Leupolds at extremely low prices.

There is always Premier Reticle as well.

It might help if you explained what you are going to use the scope for so the replys could help you with making a choice. If it's for silhouette shooting the requirements are pretty specific.

I bought a Weaver T24, 1/2 min dot and 1/4 min clicks from Guns & Gear a mentioned above. I believe that it is the ideal silhouette scope. Guns & Gear has them and the service is great.
