May have the chance to buy a 7600 new in box with all papers from a older gentleman for $ 475.00.  Do not know if reciever is embrossed or not.  Is this gun worth this?

   Thanks in advance              Coalminer7

I don't know what a 7600 .257 Rbts is worth. It was probably a special run for Grice. The 760 .257 Rbts are collector's items. I have a 7600 with laminated stocks in 7mm-08 from Grice. I'd say a special run rifle is worth what a standard 7600 is worth.

Get it and don't look back. I paid much more for mine. It took me about 5 years to find mine. That included gun shows and the internet. Now that I have mine I have seen a bunch of them at alot less prices than I paid. It is a great rifle for hunting. You won't be disappointed.
