H&R/NEF triggers are not adjustable, but they can be honed to lighten the trigger pull, there are trigger hone instructions in the NEF/H&R Misc and Collectables forum. And welcome aboard, btw!! :D

I had mine done at the factory when I sent it in for barrels.
