I have had 4 of the retaining nuts break on my Lyman 4500 sizer. I sent them a fax about this last week describing the problem and the lube and such I use in it, the note ended with "A remedy would be appreciated". The remedy came today, 4 new nuts. They had to ahve gone back and looked at my order for nuts in past as I faxed from the shop and didn't give my home addres, yet home is where the package came. It is nice to do business with people who stand behind their product, it would have been as easy for them to fax back that any warranty on my sizer had expired. Instead, they sent me a replacement for every nut I have purchased from them. I know it is a bit off topic, but Thank You Lyman :grin:
