I went to the library today.......probably only the third time in my 4 years at school here, and I found out you can print off Plat Book pages.

Anyway I found out that most of the land around Lake DuBay is Consolidated Paper land which is as good as public land, so my assault on the beavers begins this Friday.

If you ever drive past on the highway again and see a skinny guy wrestling with a 60 pounder you can stop and watch

T-Bar---You can see where beavers have been working right off hwy 51, the ice is gone maybe worthwhile to use a boat & motor to cover some area on the flowage.  That Consolidated land now belongs to Plum Creek but should still be able to trap as though it were public, I believe?  That big swamp east of the flowage also has alot of beavs.

How many of you guys on here are from around Point?

I set out 4 traps today, found some good sign and I'll see what happens. I've just been parking on the highway and walking in from there, hopefully I can do that. If you guys see my truck (green Ford Ranger) stop and introduce yourselves if you want, I'll be out checking now and hopefully haulin some in. Thanks for all the help!!
