Whats a good weight vs age scale for beaver, or is there a better way to tell ages?

I'd like to hear this answer too.
Also--------
What about in the south where there is NO ice ?
The beavers can feed easyer. But they dont get that big layer of fat.

The average adult beaver ,weighs 45 pounds.
My child just got in the door from 3 months in Equador,I will continue this later.
