Going on a guided walleye fishing trip with my huntin and fishin partner, leaving at 4am, won't be home until late tomorrow, more than likely.....Nummmmm...fresh walleye!!! :grin:

Thanks Mitchell, hoping to hook several big ones and take home some eaters, too!!! The new world record walleye is expected to come from the Columbia river....that's where I'll be!!!

I'm taking all next week off and making it a "See (south central) Kentucky Lakes" week. Just got my new-to-me 14' lake john/20hp Johnson running right for the first time this past weekend. The wife's taking her lake kayak and I'm fishin'. We have several lakes within daytrip distance and a couple that we're planning on camping one night at.

My buddy and I just got a 16' with a 9.9 hp yesterday. Several small lakes around here with 10 hp maximum motor. Hope to have it ready by the weekend to try her out. Bass and crappie abound.

I'm afraid it's going to be the 'oneS' that got away.. plural. I'm not much of a fisherman, but I do tend to donate a lot of lures to bushes, stumps, roots, etc. I'll probably end up putting around lakes I've never been to before just playing tourist.

Heh heh, you guys are almost as much fun as Jack and Steve, my partner and guide!!! :-D :-D :-D No pics yet, not even from my camera, I left it in Steve's boat!! Jack went over to Steve's to pick it up for me last night and I won't get it back from him until friday when we go turkey hunting, hopefully I'll get to show a dead Tom or 2 when I get back friday night!!!
