Desert Eagle in a new CAL.?

I was talking to a man today at the gun shop and he is a avid Desert Eagle shooter like my-self and he told me that they are kicking around the idea if puting the .454 casull round into a Desert Eagle? Has any one hurd of this? This only means one things, I will be spending more money. I will be the first in line, card in hand. That would look nice next to my .44 and .50AE eagles. finally found one in .357. I am going to west TN to get it on friday. Had one when I was 16 years old but broke and sold it. Dumb move. It was hard to track one down in SS, I think there getting harder to find.

sounds like something cool but will a semi auto hold up to the pressure
of 454 even tho it may or may not be a desert eagle?

I cant read the text and I dont know if this is real. Sorry about the stupid page it is on, it is the only page I could find with it.

Look about half way down the page. It looks like a 1911 .454 with a 12 inch bll. . haha

                                       Anyway.

This page is a for a anime show (think cartoon) The gun is a fake as far as I know
