I have a fobus holster that was bought with the intention of only being used on the range. I did a simple jump test and the gun fell out of the holster.

I carry my 1911A1 in a Fobus..

I wonder if Houston holsters are better??

I have never liked Fobus. I also carry a Galco Fletch High Ride.  :D

I bought the same fobus holster when I first got my carry permit, I used it once and won't use it again. I carry my Glock 22 in a Galco Fletch High Ride also. I have the "1911" bug really bad, when I get one I'll probably carry it in a Galco Fletch High Ride as well.
