Which Rife scope on 223 contender

I put a swift and a weaver rifle scope on my contender and liked it very much.The problem was zero would wonder from time to time.What rifle scopes do you use and were is the best on line place to get them.I know i would like to have the LER scopes.Right now i have the burris and T/C handgun scopes on them but dont like holding them out so far.When varmint hunting i like sitting against a tree and settng gun on knee which gives me about 6 to 8 inches eye relief.Thanks in advance

I have a Bushnell 2x6 trophy constant eye relief scope on my T/C Contender in 41 mag and I love it. You can rest the pistol on your knees like you described and see the target clearly. I would buy another one. Mine keeps zero with no problem. I have  T/C and Weaver scopes as well and have had no problems with them. I like the Bushnell better because of then constant eye relief. :-)
