~223 Ultra Varmint Accurate or not~

I am thinking about getting a 223 H&R Ultra Varmint Laminated stock 24" Bull Barrel. How accurate are these guns.  What bullet weights and bullets make tiny groups.

204 I have the ultra varmint 223 with a 24 inch bull barrel and it is pretty accurate for me so far. I have only put about 150 rounds threw the bore and I have shot a couple 3/4" groups 3 shot groups and most all groups have been around an inch with the winchester white box 45 grain jhp. The remmington stuff did not shoot that well for me.

I havent tried any handloads yet.

Mine shoots the 45gr Winchester whitebox ammo sub ½moa pretty regularly on my good days for me....the lower group in the pic is with the .223 Ultra Varmint....and there are those here than shoot much better! In your search, look for Jeff223's .336" 5 shot group!!!
