I have two TC-frames - one AA, and one blue.
When I shoot my SSK 375 JDJ in the AA - it misfires sometimes.
(the "butterfly" is not loose).  This has not been any problem until now.
When I shoot my 30-30 in the AA - it don`t misfire.

When I put the JDJ on the blue frame - I have no misfires.
Both frames are clean.

Any ideas?

Sounds like the hammer block safety is not getting out of the way sometimes.  You can test for this by dry firing it without cocking the hammer.  You should hear a click and then pull the hammer back a touch and let it down.  You should hear another soft click and the hammer should come to rest in contact with the frame.  This only works with pre-G2 frames.  If it does not come down then it is very likely that the locking lugs are not always pushing the "butterfly" enough to release the safety block.  One thing to try is to snap the action shut with a bit more force and see if this eliminates it.  I have very lightly stoned the lugs on a barrel I had a similar problem and that cured it.
