WHAT HAPPENED TO THE DIXIE CHICKS?

Ever since Natalie opened her fat trap you don't hear much from them. I don't even hear them on the C&W stations in my area. Maybe they are singing to the Iraqi prisoners in Cuba. :-D  :)  :-D  :)  :D

Who cares  :)  I like country music but do not really care that much for female country singers. I liked Loretta Lynn and Patsy CLine but some of these New country whiners leave me cold. Jim
Said I never had much use for one, never said I didn't know how to use it.

i liked their music, and liked the energy and fun they brought to country music, I just didn't care for her fat mouth.

I think a couple of them had kids and have, "taken some time off".

Hopefully they will fall into the same hole 'not-so-fonda jane' did and just go away.

Apparently her book signing parties didn't go so well - about 300 copies in all.  Maybe she, hillary, martha and the chicks should all get together, wander off into the woods and get lost.  Just a thought.  Mikey.

Last I heard they claimed they were going to be "Pop" singers instead of country. Well don't let the door hit you in the butt Natilie.  If she's the brains of the outfit, their in big trouble. Her daddy is, or was, their manager and pushed Natilie on them after nthey dumped the former lead singer. Three blondes imagine that! BYE BYE!

I do think that they were trying to go pop music, but after the comments my local radio stations dropped them quickly

The Dixie who :?  uh... You may want to try looking in the discount bin along with the George Michael and the New Kids on the Block CDs.  :)  :)  :)

Dixie chick CDs may be hard to find though... a couple of DJs from one of the local country western stations took a bunch of them out and used them for skeet practice after Natilie stuck her foot in her mouth.  :)  :)  :)

Let's look at the bright side...if someone DID buy some of their CDs in the past, maybe they will become valuable collector's items in the future.
After all, they will be rather rare items a few years down the road...

...At lest now, the black powder fans among us will have a good example to illustrate the term, " flash in the pan "....LOL

The last I heard of them, the country fans had pretty much turned their backs on these idiots and the DC's decided to move away from country music (like they had a choice).
I understand now that they have attracted a large lesbian audience.

BTW, did anybody but me see trouble starting with their stupid "Earl" song and video? They murder a guy and dump the body on the side of the road.
Lovely.
I'd like to hear what Sipowicz has to say about them now.

They were outsourced.  They  performed as the Rangoon Ranees.  Current rumor has it that they will be making a come-back as the Sari Sisters.  Country music with a taste Ceylon.
