The many faces of my 445 Supermag, What-A-Gun
« on: April 16, 2005, 06:48:27 AM »
I just thought I would post some pics of my 445 Supermag.  I handled a S&W 500 with the 4" barrel at the gun shop this week.  If S&W would get smart and market the gun with the wrench and extra barrels like Dan Wesson (which they could easily do since the gun is made that way) that would be a very tempting offering.  I am hoping that the new 460 S&W cartridge is a success and that Dan Wesson will end up making a gun for it.  A Dan Wesson in 460 S&W  would be the end all revolver in my opinon.  It would be the only thing that could surpass this 445 Supermag for verstility.

First a little salt and pepper.
My blue 44 mag and my stainless 445 supermag.

Next a little closer look at the 4" 445 supermag

Next my 445 supermag with the 4" compensated barrel

Finally, my 6" 445 Supermag in the case with my scoped 8" barrel
