This is crazy........I've tried for 2 solid hours to list my 450 barrel on ebay and it won't let me. It says its a restricted item and they will not accept the item. Whats the deal i see NEF/H&R barrels on there all the time and it won't let me list mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Sorry for the rant but i'm pissed)

I was hopin someone here has listed an item pretaining to firearms on ebay before so someone could help me out. I really dont know what else to do.
I tried to trade it in the classifieds but no one ever hit on it............so off to ebay it goes but they won't except it. Can anyone help me out.

I am curious also, as I may try to sell a Muzzleloader barrel on ebay if it doesn`t sell here. Jack.

If your listing isn't accepted, then it's some automated process. Try to figure out if your listing contains some banned word that isn't in the successful listings.

I'm half tempted to get a "rare 450 Marlin" barrel fitted when I send in a frame for a couple of 357 barrels this week, just to sell the 450 on ebay, but it's probably not worth the hassle. (and with my luck, I'd sell a brand new barrel for less than the cost of a brand new barrel, when other guys are selling used barrels for more than the cost of a fitted new barrel)

Drew, make sure you list it under Gun Parts, that's the only way they'll accept it since firearms are on their prohibited list.

ALRIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I finally got it listed everything was right except for the shipping. I had a box checked that said i would ship to "Americas". Then i went back and read their policy n firearms can only be shipped in the US. Its listed if anyone wants to check it out.

There must be a delay from the time it's submitted until it shows up in a search, it's still not up....possibly for review by Ebay officials since it is firearm related.

Most folks set their sales to start in the laste evening on Sunday....not visible until then....may be the case here...don't know.

It take a few hours before it will show up in the search results, but its there. Just type "NEF/H&R" in the search field and it will pull it up.

Yeah, i got what i wanted out of it, i just hope it makes the buyer happy. I watched the last 30 minutes of the auction it came down to the wire I didnt think it would meet the reserve i had set but it did. With a minute and 7 seconds left i saw the price jump from $105.05 to $150. It was crazy, my mouth hit the ground when i saw it jump.

Its really sad but ebay and google are both anti gun. I try not to use google any more but ebay is just about the only avenue for a lot of things to sell and buy.
