Went out to my friend's land this weekend, because he told me they had beaver in the creek that runs through their land. I set 4 traps and caught 2 beaver last night. There was no action Friday night, but we got some rain yesterday and then I had 2 beaver in traps 10 feet apart. They are both nice adults, the one is all chewed up. Would that be from fighting?
Anyway Tom, I am convinced that your moundmaster washed downstream with the rain a little bit, cause the beavers came looking!! Thats the first time I ever got a double that close together!! I've got some good pictures and I'll post them when I get them developed.
