Just got the word today. In Unit 13, the pipeline and all access roads are now considered to be public highways and that if you are baiting you have to be 1/4 mile from that access way.

Always thought that anyway. Thought about the safety of the pipeline workers and others using the right of way, (like me). I've always used the pipeline service road to access the trail to my bait stations since it was built.

What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.
