Lead shot from a carnival
« on: April 19, 2005, 12:40:20 PM »
just got a call from the local salvage yard they know im allways looking for lead. They said they just got almost a ton of lead shot from a carnival. Im guessing its what they shoot in those machine guns there. Anyone have any clue what the alloy on this stuff is Ill probably buy it no matter what it is cause leads getting harder to find everyday and you can make bullets out of darn near any alloy.

I'll poke a guess out there but its probly the cheapest shot they could find on the morket at the time. Think it will be 6's or 71/2's.

Just a guess.

Have you found out the alloy yet? Mine seem's to be pure but I'm not sure
