Question about Ned Roberts book on muzzleloaders
« on: April 22, 2005, 03:18:06 PM »
I see the book Shooting The Muzzleloading Caplock Rifle by Ned Roberts being auctioned on E-bay a lot and was wondering if this is a good book to add to my stash of gun books. It's an old book but I'm only interested in traditional muzzleloaders and this book is sure not to be contamintated with anything having to do with inlines so at least that would be a plus.
If any of you know this book please tell me how you like it.
Thanks.

It is an excellent book. How much are they asking for it?

Thanks for your replies. E-bay usually has at least one a week and the price that they actuallysell for varies. It loloks like I'll be getting one.
Thanks again.

Get it,you'll never regret it.  Another good one is Walter Clines book, "The Muzzleloading Rifle, Then and Now".

Both are excellent books! Walter Cline's book can still be purchased new from Wolfe Publishing Company.
