Sweet! What caliber is it? Brings back memories. A couple of decades ago I took a couple of birds with my 1892 in .32-20, which I kind of regret selling. It was my main meat gun for a while. I didn't dare use my 94 on turkeys, I was afraid of blowing them up. It was a .30-30, and I guess I miss that one too.

That would be my Great grand pappy's 30 WCF, very sweet to shoot, one of those nickle steel barrels especialy for smokeless powder.

Great job to you and the old 30 WCF.  I wish we could hunt turkeys with a rifle here.  Gona have to go to Texas sometime I guess.
