I am looking hard at both. Anyone have any experience with either of these? I am not interested in the .22 models. I am only interested in the .17
Go out and get yourself a Concealed Weapons License. I did. :gun4:

I am new to this site, just saw your post.  I saw a little bit of comparison of the Tracker (Double Action) to the Single Action Single Six on the site www.heritagemfg.com/gun-tests_17_review.htm.  They were saying there were some problems with the Double Action, and they preferred the Single Six.  I have also been trying to decide between the Single Six hunter and the Taurus Tracker, and am going to go with the Single Six mainly because of its option to use 17mach2 as well (extra cylinder comes w/ gun) and its "western" look.

If you have big hands, buy the tracker, if not, the single six will suit you much better.  44 Man
