Do all companies charge a high shipping fee for these items???

Its not the shipping that gets you it is the hazmat charges they charge on top of the shipping and yes they all charge that.  I have found that I can buy powder and primers at my local gun shop as cheap as the catalogs sell it as he orders in bulk so all the powder and primers come under one hazmat charge. Of course most individuals cannot afford this unless you go together with some friends and order a larger amount. It may pay for you to find a local guy who sells what you need if one is available.
Said I never had much use for one, never said I didn't know how to use it.

Although primers are usually readily available locally, www.DNRsports.com ships primers with no hazmat fee! Have made several orders from them, no hazmat charged.....they have the statement right on the primer page!!!

Not long ago I bought eight pounds of powder and 5k primers from Powder Valley. I saved enough on the price to more than pay the shipping and the hazmat charge. Besides, the UPS man brought it to my front door.
