Winchester 94 NRA Commemoratives
« on: February 16, 2003, 06:58:16 AM »
Okay, I picked up two consecutively numbered NRA Commemorative 94's (one rifle and one musket) unfired in their boxes.  I have other 30-30 94's, but have this urge to shoot the the rifle and the musket.  Any idea how much that first shot will cost me?  What the value loss will be?

Reading the thread on the Theodore Roosevelt Commemorative, it doesn't seem you'll lose much value if you shoot one, how about two consecutively numbered?

Restrain yourself!  Don't shoot them. Consecutively numbered guns are much different from a single TR commemorative.

DONT shoot the guns .They will only be worth about the same as a plain 94 to any collector.                                                                                                           JOE

Okay, I've restrained myself over the weekend.  The 94's are still nib.
Thanks.
