The pressure curve climbs exponentially but using basic math, you should be around 85 FPS less that the 2016 listed for 27 grains of IMR 3031 and that bullet. The CUP pressure should be around 29,000 with your gun being able to handle much more. If you look at other recipes with that bullet, you'll find one in Lyman's table that reaches 39,000, which is still safe for a solid gun of current manufacture. The bullet kissing the lands should make the pressure peak somewhat sooner but still be safe. To play is safe, pull the bullets and back off another grain and inspect the cases. Then, work up to where you make yourself comfortable.
