Mec Wads for steel?

In my reloaders manual there is load data for steel using Winchester Compression formed 2 3/4 hulls, Blue dot powder with a Mec 12 Wad Column. I can't find any info for this wad or anywhere to buy them. Has anyone ever heard of these wads?
