I just wanted to ask if any one has one or has got to handel one.  To me it looks like it would be a good ccw. My main concern would be that the recoil is horibel out of that 2 in barel. thanks for the help.

I have seen one, have not handled or shot one though. How much the recoil bothers you depends on how recoil sensitive you are. Personally the recoil on that particular gun wouldnt factor into my buying decision at all.

A buddy has a S&W Model 629 non ported with the 3" barrel in 44mag and I find it quite comfortable to shoot, so this gun in 45acp should be no big deal.... :D

I have the 450 which is 45 colt. While recoil is stiff the rubber grip help and it is managable. I would guess the 45 acp version would be even easier to manage.
