Are they the same? Will they accept the same kind of grips?

I just bought 2 older (3screw) guns with XR3 RED on the frame and am looking for pearl or ivory (plastic) grips for my wife to put on them.

I've seen grips advertised for BH/Vaquero but don't know if that inlcudes the 3 screw BH.
