any traditional shooters?
« on: May 13, 2005, 04:36:33 AM »
i am getting back into it as i want to take a bear with it.  im shootin 55# recurve (maamba)  and so far im gettin better at it.  but it is tough to be reliant on sights for so long and using a release to a bare naked bow that shocks your elbow right up to your shoulder with each shot...lol

Some get relief from hand shock with a bow mounted side quiver.  On my PSE Kudu I have a stubby stabilizer.  Don't forget to visit the Traditional Archery Forum here at Graybeard's .   :D
Young guys should hang out with old guys; old guys know stuff
