I messed up

I got a nice bow on ebay....................but the problem is that was when I used three fingers some years ago.............................now with the release (I am tyring to use)................has shortened my draw about 2 inches................when I try to put the string on my chin...........it wont work..........because I have to let off a little..............wich tries to pull the string back to the bow...........................any suggestions outside growing longer arms ?

With a release you should pull to the side of your face.  I anchor with the web between my thumb and forefinger at the back of my jaw.  Then the string is touching the front of my nose.  I do not use a peep so this gives me 2 points of contact to insure consistency in my form.  Otherwise you will have to adjust the draw length (or have a pro shop adjust it). It would probably be best to pay a few bucks and see what the pro shop can do for you.
