Match chamber on Sportsters??

Does anyone know if you can get a match chamber on a 22LR Sportster?

If you can't get one from the factory is it something a good gunsmith can put on aftermarket?

I am interested in sportster for small game/varmint hunting and plinking but unfortunately I am one of those people hopelessly obsessed with group size.
