hauling 5 gallon buckets
« on: May 17, 2005, 07:22:51 AM »
anybody got suggestions on something that would secure buckets nicely on a flat rack?  i dont wanna spend a fortune on aftermarket bolt on things....just wondering if anybody has built or designed something to secure to the racks.  i haul buckets of bear bait but drive with one hand holding onto the bucket so it doesnt flip off the rack.

ive thought of maybe just makin a wood box that i could bolt on or something.

I haul 5 gallon buckets around all the time.  I just use a ratchet type strap over the top and a bungie to keep it from sliding.  I'd say it's 100% secure and basically free.
