I've been trying to find the web on how to ajust the trigger on the NEF. It's been posted earlier, but dummy me did't mark the page. Does anyone have it?  Zeak

The trigger has no "adjustment", the sear and hammer contact points must be honed. The first link is in the Misc H&R Talk forum, the second link is in the FAQ sticky at the top of this forum.....

Thanks quickdtoo for the info.  The trigger ass. does look pretty simple so will give it a try on my sb1 reciever which pulls pretty hard. My sb2 pull is 31/2lbs so may leave that one alone, what is your thought? Zeak

Any work you do will make a big change so go slow, just honing the 2 contact points and the pins and bores will reduce the trigger pull to just over 2lb very easily and expect it to get lighter with wear....
