Encore and G2
« on: May 21, 2005, 01:14:03 PM »
What are the G2 and encore selling for now? Pistols  are what I'm interested in. Encore with a 14" barrel in 7mm-08 for example and just the action and grip, forearm of a G2......since I have several contender barrels.Like to get an idea what they sell for around the country.
                                                       Thanks, Poncaguy

yep. i shot it today and i love it but i picked up a red dot instead of a scope, way to go me, so i have to take it back and get a scope. it shot ok with the red dot but it wasnt a magnified red dot and had a 6 MOA dot...too much for a varmint caliber.

btw it was marked $459 and on sale for $414, that wasnt a regular price.

i do too but i wanna shoot Yotes and such at 100 yards plus and the dot is too big and its damn hard to hold on em with no magnification.

btw where did you get your .357 barrel? I cant find one for encore.

The way my Encore 7mm-08  rifle shot today,I should just convert it to a pistol.......... 1 1/2 " to 2'" groups. My $260 Stevens 25-06 out shot it badly  today..1/2" to 1' groups! Gong to get more of those Stevens for sure.
