The only practical way is for me to cut cavities into Magma or Saeco blank cast iron blocks. The aluminum used in LBT molds is an aircraft grade which is almost hard as steel, but they don't stand up to the pounding dished out by casting machines. I get the same price as for a mold to cut customer proviced iron blanks, either new or used. Email me for details if interested.
