Get you a primer pocket swaging tool and go to it. Not fun, but fairly easy and relatively quick. You'll also need a die with a really strong deprime pin or you'll break a lot of them. One of the new dies made just for it is the way to go so you don't break as many pins. One heck of a lot of trouble. I just won't do it anymore even if I have to buy brass rather than get it free.

Sure...

Give all the brass to a friend and tell him he can keep 1/2 of whatever he removes the crimp on.

Other than that ... .223 brass is too cheap to go through all that.

I use a Dillon Super Swage 600,beats reaming. This can be done while watching tv,its a pretty boring task, but allows for another chance at inspecting your cases.I prefer to inspect and prep my brass prior to reloading(and I do not watch tv during final assembly).

Also, get a Universal decapper to punch out the crimped/staked primers before resizing, makes resizing easier and prevents breaking your decapper on your size die.

Swaging provides a more uniform primer pocket than reaming in my experience.I have never had a loose primer with the lots of LC or WCC military brass I have used.

Sometimes you may experience some excess brass swaged up into the pocket. This is easily removed with a dental pick style tool.

RCBS makes a tool to swage the pocket.  No harder than any step in the reloading process, just remember to reduce you max charges by 10% because of the thicker than commercial military brass.
