Only been into loading for a year or less sure don't know alot,I read the books and try to ask questions. At least I haven't blown up anything yet I didn't won't to. So after reading the previous thread about the 357 Max and 360DW and having a 375 in the closet but done very little with it in loading. Do you use the same dies for all three? The ones only listed in the pisols sections where do you get your starting loads from for a rifle. I don't think I have seen any loads for a 369DW do you use 375 mag loads or what. The best I can measure my chamber it is 2.047. If I get into this more I will do a better job  of measuring. I know these are elemetry questions for many of you but my reloading friends don't fool with pistol loads.

Here's a site on the .360
http://www.lasc.us/RangingShotDanWesson360Revolver.htm

Here's a John Taffin article.

www.handloads.com also has a good listing that used to be on the Dan Wesson site before it was bought out by CZ.  It will be in the load data section on the home page when the site comes back up.  John must be doing some upgrading right now.

Here is the actual data on handloads.com for .360 DW

hellacatcher, you are dead right, all four will load on the same die set. Set up your dies to 38 Special cases, then simply use washers between the lock ring and press to raise the dies for longer cases. Take good notes and make the washers a box so they don't get lost. You may have to go to a hardware store and get washers of different thicknesses to make this work

I load for all four and use the same die sets, Washers work but I just readjust for the diffrent lenghts, Dosn't take long. One thing to look at is the Lee factory crimp die, My loadings work much better using it.
Paul is right on with the loading info and has done alot of research for us, I mostly just use pistol load data and you almost always gain over the listed info with the longer rifle barrel. 8)

One more thing I would like to know. Well that is not true there is a lot of things I would like to know  . What is the length of a 357 maximum chamber? Right now it looks like my mag is 2.062 if all goes well I am going to get that confirmed tomorrow.

hellacatcher, If I rember right 357 Maximum chamber lenth is
1.062 in not 2062 in. I think your chamber is already long enough for
maximum. I think 360 DW needs 1042in  Datil
