:grin: Go with the 44 mag,It hits as hard as the 30-06 at close range and is accurate to boot.

Well,
After much debating I have decided to go with the 454 (light loads).
Should I go with a 12 or 15 inch barrel ?

Buy both!  :)

The 15" will give you about 75 fps over the 12".

I went with the 12" and have had great results.

if u are going to drop some $$$ on a barrel go with the 460 sence u want the 454
the reasioning is that you can shoot 460 s&w's in it if u nead to say kill king kong or use 454's in it to say kill a t- rex lol or just use the good old 45 long colt when u want to kill every thing else on gods green earth

7 tcu (223 neck up to 7mm)for ranges up to 100 yards and reload.LOW recoil and great accuracy shoot one in IHMSA compitition and shot a perfect score on full size,with 120 gr bullet.
