feeding problem with High Standard HDM

I have a High Standard HDM that jams when feeding the second + round. I was wondering if anyone out there has had this problem?? Could it be due to a weak mag. catch spring??

How does it jam?  Does the round end up nosed into the bottom of the chamber lip or does it go into the top of the chamber??  Smokestack?  We need a bit more info.  I will say though that other than dirt magazines are the nuimber one cause of jams in auto loaders.
