Hey everyone.
Retired Army Signaller, living in the Ottawa Valley. Don't currently hunt but my 9 year old son is interested in hunting rabbit. So perhaps in the near future.

Hello From Thunder Bay, ON
I've only been hunting and shooting for 2 years. I'm looking to pick up my first Handi next year in 45-70. Till then, I guess I'll keep NOT seeing deer with my Lee Enfield in .303 Brit

What a great forum, I found it a couple weeks ago. Live in Maryhill, Ontario, when I'm not at the Hunt Camp, just south of Burks Falls. Been reloading for years, but new to this FS stuff....Alex

Central Sask myself
been a Prairie boy til I discovered the beauty of our Boreal Forest!
tried it a bit farther north, above the tree line, but after 5 years, decided I needed to tone it down a bit
but I still carry some of that "Winter Weight"

Hi all. Another Manitoban here, about 90 miles west of dead centre of Canada.
Love deer hunting but I might enjoy just shooting even more.

Wow since there seems to be so few of us here's another check in from southern Saskatchewan, just west of Moose Jaw. I found the site primarily due to the Handi-rifle section but really like the rest of it too. I hunt the world renowned grain fed Saskatchewan deer, upland birds, and waterfowl as well as any varmints or predators that come within my reach. I seem to have a penchant for badgers. I love all firearms and have 18 (2 Handi's) currently and no end in sight. I also use a bow and muzzle loader.
