Tracker .17 HMR

Got a question for you guys with the .17 HMR Trackers.

Do any of you ever have a problem with walk back. In other words do the cartridges move back an bind up the cylinder when you're firing it.

Everyone has told me this is a common problem with a necked down cartridge.

Is there a solution to this besides keeping the chambers clean an dry. (no oil)

I have one an have this problem all the time.

Any comments would be helpful, thanks.

I've got a Tracker and I can feel the cylinder start to drag as I go through the cylinder full of ammo.  I keep mine spotlessly clean and dry and the problem is minimized.  This is a common problem for bottlenecked or tapered cartridge cases in most revolvers.

I have put at least a thousand rounds thru mine and I have never had this problem. I love that gun.
Go out and get yourself a Concealed Weapons License. I did. :gun4:
