So the "fuzzy mobile" made it back to Ohio I see.  :)

Wuz kinda fun wasn't it fellars?

Hey I didn't know ya had to be able to see to shoot. Ya mean I was supposed to have had my eyes open while shooting the .30-30 Handi? Dang iffen I'd have known that I might have been able to hit a few more of them dogs with it.   Seemed to work fairly well for a half blind old man shooting iron sights free handed tho didn't it?

That "super highly modified handi" did OK too. I know I used it out to about 430 yards, maybe more. The VLS made one Wes ranged at 450 yards and a whole bunch was made with both in the 300-400+ range.

Hope everyone made it back safely. We got in yesterday about 3:00 PM to my house and then Dennis had about 125 more to drive. I've mostly been catching up on lost sleep since. Now am trying to catch up on the forums and e-mail and then will see what else I'm behind on.

Fuzzy is right; Wes and his friends are a great bunch of guys.  You could not have asked for better leadership or a better time.

Wes is a good shot; he took DJs 223 Ultra and fine-tuned the scope to hit where it was aiming.  DJ then presided to nail 7 Pdogs with 6 shots from 210-270 yards.

Being a spotter for a shooter had its perks too; because you got to see those Pdogs fly and explode.  One wonders how they learned to do that?

DanÂ’s Ribs; you would not know it to look at me, but I can eat some ribs, and those were some great ribs.

Our total trip mileage was 3,712 miles, 1,586 miles each way, worth every mile of it.

Just got the computer up and running again. Been haveing trouble with it since we got back. Would like to say we had a great time and thank Wes and his friends for putting on a fine outing. Took a few days to rest up after the drive but was worth every minute of it. Graybeard has a great website with outstanding members could not ask for any more. The gunstock I recieved is going to cost me though will ned a 243 for the next p dog shoot  And again thanks to all who helped out for a fine shoot!!!

Thanks again to everyone who put on the hunt, the sponsers (could someone get me a list?) I'd like to send each of them a "Thank Ya!"

OK guys, here is the list of Prairie Dog Shoot Sponsors. Please everyone who goes as a minimu thank these folks for the prizes donated. It would be an excellent gesture if some of the other NEF Handi-Holics would also.
