Has anyone used these scents?

They are local boys near where I live from Lake Mills, Wisconsin.
They sound like pretty good attractants. I'm going up to hunt in Canada this August and was thinking of sending a few of their scent balls up to our guide to hang over a few baits. Anybody use one in the past??

Haven't used the scentball yet, but I'm a repeat customer for their spray scents & "Big Paw" paste attractant. The spray scents are VERY potent and can be smelled by a human nearly a hundred yards downwind from the baitsite (& I suspect much further by a bear).

The "Big Paw" paste can be smeared on stumps & tree trunks around your baitsite, much as you would do with cooking grease or molasses, which is how I use it. "Big Paw" can also be heated to create a sweet white smoke, much like you would get from doing a honey burn. "Big Paw" contains honey, so don't use it in an area where foodstuff baits are prohibited.

Brad (from BearScents) informed me that the scentballs contain the same scents as the liquid sprays, in a concentrated form. I suspect they should work equally as well, particular in areas where you are not able to replenish bait on a daily basis.

We decided to skip the scent balls this season, due to the cost of shipping them to Canada. We got a good selection of sprays and gels, along with a gallon of Big Paw. Less than 3 weeks to go!

I just purchased a scent ball, bear paw and spray scents for a hunt this fall in the MI UP.
Have you checked into having the scent balls drop shipped to your outfitter?

Sorry I missed your post. We ended up not shipping them to Canada. It would have cost more than the product. The UP may not be as bad. We decided to skip the balls and just take spray and gels with us. Had a great hunt! We were at an outpost camp, great weather, no bugs and bears on all of our baits. 2 downed the first night. I shot a good boar (about 380 lbs) and my friend shot a very nice sized sow. We were up until 3am skinning and gutting ( and drinking a bit also). The other 2 were taken a couple days later. All filled tags. The scents really seemed to help. I took mine over an empty bait station using only anise spray and gel. Had 4 different bears come in and all were very nice sized. I just couldn't keep the arrow on my rest when I saw him. I will use these scents on all of my bear hunts!! I should draw Wisconsin the year after next!!!

Congratulations on your bear!
I just set up my bait station yesterday which consist of 300 lbs dog food, 100 lbs of fermented grain, some cooked samon, 2 chickens, and bear paw paste. I also used the anise and bacon sprays.
I can't wait to start hunting next week!

I missed a 250-300 lb bear last evening just before dark with my truck.
