my contender shoots high

I have the 14inch 223 and it shoots too high. Can I get a taller front sight? Or can anyone recomend a factory load that should shoot lower? Right now I'm shooting 45gr win jhp's. Also does anyone know the fatory front sight heigth. Thanks

Yes, get a taller front sight from T/C. They'll know the correct one.
