Lots of people have problems with them. Gamos pretty much are junk. Take it back and get a Crosman Quest at Wallyworld for $100.

floridaboy,

Do as Dave said and take it back as fast as you can.  Gamo = JUNK.  They have about the worst reputation among air rifles going today.  Too much plastic in areas that should be metal.  The worst part is they WON’T honor their warrantee.  Been there and done that with them.  Lawdog

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. They ain't THAT bad!
Mine is scoped with a BSA 4X airgun scope and will shot 0.5" on a good day with the right pellet.
The only trouble is holding your sight picture while you pull that 200 pound trigger with a pry bar. :-D
Actually the are JUNK, JUNK, JUNK.
The one I have is accurate enough but that trigger just ruins it.
I'm getting rid of mine if I can find someone I don't like enough to sell it to.

Thanks for the advice.  I'll send it back and stay clear of gamo products.
