Forend Cap 336
« on: June 25, 2005, 06:09:55 PM »
I'm shortening the mag tube on a 336 an wanting do away with barrel bands. I am also planning on replacing the barrel with a half octagon one.
My problem is reattaching the forearm. I would like a forend cap similar to the ones used on the 1895 Marlins. Is there a source for this sort of thing? Suggestion anyone?
Thanks

Pat

Brownells has fore arm caps for the Marlin.  GunPartsCorp also sells spare parts for the Marlin.
