goocher, The big difference between RCE and Corbins Co is that Corbins has more of a line of products, and  superior literature on the subject. RCE, on the other hand, is a strong competitor: same high quality sort of items, thou a bit limited in types available, but more favorably priced. That is my opinion. If you are going into business, you'll need ( and be qualified for) a Type 6 FFL, and most probably a State, County, and/or City business licence. VERY careful care should be taken about exactly what kind of (bullet) product you intend to market. I would spend much more time figuring out your marketing strategy than 'how to make bullets'. The reason why most small business fail is not because the entrepreneur didn't know everything there was to know about his product, it was because he didn't know his customers or his own limits. 8)

the Corbins are brothers. Dave and Richard (rceco.com). Richard was head die maker for Dave for years. Then they had a disagreement and Rich went off on his own. Dave is the more wordy as in books that tell you how to do things. You can download from the web site swage.com, pictureless copies of a couple of Dave's books that will give you a foundation as to how and costs. If you still want to proceed, then buy the set of books, (more books, hard copy, and pictures) and study them.

As said, you have to decide what you will commit to or you might as well forget it. You cannot do everything for everyone and make any money. Dave takes questions and offers to help, much. Read the books. Ask alot of questions. GET FOCUSSED!!! and then LUCK!
