well let me tell you a story of 2 bbl that I was going to buy from Juston KOrpl I answered a add he had about the 2 bbl's he had for sale I phoned hin and mad a deal with him for the bbls I told him that I had a set of lyman scales that my kid had gotten the powder pan and lost the pan and he would have to contact lyman about getting a new pan for it and I sent him $200 weii about a week later no bbls so I call mr KOrpl and asked where are my bbls he informs me that the deal is off and he will be sending my money and scales back dissopinted YES mad NO a week later still no refund so I call again to get a recording left a message and got no reply a week later I called again and finally got him he tells me that the check is in the mail dissopinted YES mad NO worries YES at this point I called the local sheriff and they inform me that I have to contact the state attorrney to file charges against him the next day I was going to to do that very thing when his package arrived at my house this really sound's like he is robbing petter to pay paul and he has a money problem I do not know this for shure but that is what it look like to me Forest T

And now my .02 worth, Forest T. is a close and personal friend, whom I value very much, We trade back and forth all the time.
Forest told me about these bbls. he was anxiously waiting for them, and waiting, and waiting.
Then I contacted Justin Korpl, to see if the bbls were still for sale, well low and behold, they were still available. I do have the e-mails back and forth. When I asked if he had squared away the deal with Forest, he did not know what to say at first. Then became all defensive.
Needless to say, I have absolutly no use for a conniving schemer, I think Forest is right, he is stealing from Peter to pay Paul. This is not the first Forum he has gotten himself in trouble on.

If you guys decide to turn these cases over to the Post Office for mail fraud I can provide USPS with the appropriate IP address and other info they will need in prosecution. You already have name, address and phone number.

Some times it takes a lot to move a person off dead center.

Graybeard, that is what I told Forest T, This guy is the very reason I do not make trades on line. I know most people are honest in there trades and deals, BUT, ever once in a while somebody like Justin comes out and pulls deals like this. :evil:

If he was mailed a check and failed to deliver the goods he is guilty of mail fraud.

Based on what has been revealed in these postings I would conclude you HAVE been swindled. If you are like me you will not take this without a fight. I would gladly spend more than the amount lost to see this doesn't happen to some one else. But then, I am one of those guys who will drive across town for small change if I think it is owed me. In shopping if I am treated bad in one store, I'll gladly pay double across the street rather then deal with that store again. It seems this person has a track record. If you don't receive satisfaction in a reasonable time fill charges and follow up on the complaint. You may save others heartache in dealing with a dishonest person.

Just to let everyone know it isn't always this way, I mailed lik2hunt a check last Friday and due to the holiday he didn't get it until Tuesday. I got my .243 barrel today.

no payment as of today and i left a message on this turkeys message machine to check out this topic about him and all the links that have been posted. :-D

i also have called the Green Bay police dept and i will be talking to officer Netzsker about Justins dealings on the net.this officer will be in a 7 PM tonight and i plan on calling him at 7:10.

if anyone needs to talk to officer Netzsker about Justin call the Green Bay Police Dept.the phone number there is 920-448-3200 :wink:

im going to try to put a stop to his BS.there are to many good people in the world to let some low life screw people over

i just got off the phone with officer Netzsker from the Green Bay police dept.he said they will be looking over this topic i posted here on Graybeard Outdoors and then they will pay Justin Korpal a visit.

if thisperson owes yous money now is the time for you to call officer Netzsker.if hes not there leave a message for him and im sure he will return your call.lets put an end to this BS from this Justin Korpal.

Well what do ya know! I just got an email saying that he was putting "another" MO in the mail to me tomorrow and that I would have the tracking number by noon. My reply?....Well i can't post it just yet as there is now a case pending against Mr. Korpal. I just got off the phone with officer Netzsker myself.

It's really sad when you can't trust people. There's always that on that ruins it for everybody. i hope all of this is resolved and everyone gets there money back. If you two get your money can you still press charges?

I think you should follow through with the police report. Your money was sent in good faith. The cashing of the MO should have been followed by an immediate shipment of the goods paid for. The deal should have been honored promptly. You have been out the money and barrel for a long time. Mr. Korpl may be trying to do a little CYA. I doubt he will be paying interest on the money he has scammed you out of. For me, it wouldn't be so bad if he would return calls with some sob story. To ignore all your calls and e-mails only proves his lack of character.
I'm glad he finally made some effort at communicating. You are the victim. You can file a complaint or just write it off as experience. Your choice.

This is very true...I know from what little I have traded or sold with the majority of folks here...that the bulk of people on this forum are honest..and don't try to take advantage on folks...I hope this matter gets resolved to the benifit of all...and quickly..

1st - A big thanks to quickdtoo for editing the post above in red letters, in which our friend posted both mine and Jeff's persoanl mailing addresses and the MO serial numbers and tracking numbers for all to see, kinda unethical if ya ask me. And 2nd - A big agreement on the way past due part, I mailed the original payment on 2-22-05 for a Lyman case Trimmer and NEW pilot set, and what am I getting back? 3rd - Yes! What about all the other folks here and on the other sites, including Ebay, that K0rpl owes money to. Will they all also have to contact the Green Bay PD to get anything out of this "swindler"?
As far as getting a MO from Mr. Korpal goes, I have adopted an "I'll believe it when I see it" policy with this person now. I will post to this thread when and if I recieve it tho.
BTW, he is a listed seller on Ebay right now as K0rpl, not as his old I.D.......Buyer Beware!

this Korpl thing may be close to an end for me and like2hunt but for others it isnt.maybe with alittle help from the green bay police dept they can have this end for them too.

a dishonest person has been exposed and that is a good thing in my book.
