Stock Washers
« on: July 01, 2005, 04:02:13 PM »
Hey machinist's and/or T/C 'smith's-

Where can I find the special "flat" washers used on the grip/stock screws? They have the standard ID for 1/4" bolts but the OD is ~.500" and they are ~.065" thick. I looked in a McMaster catalog but I wasn't sure what I was looking for - are they specifically made for T/C use or can I find them thru a merchandise supplier? Thanks!

I think I'd just give TC's service folks a call.  They've been pretty  good to deal with before and are usually out to please.  One could likely make a washer to fit,  but why bother..?
