.....venison and still three months till bow season starts. 3 lbs of burger and 2 packs of steak left, everything else is gone. The family is growing, I'm going to have to put an extra deer in the freezer this year. How is everyone elses supply holding out?

I still got plenty...barely ate it during the winter and now I'm pleading with the wife to make some venison meatloaf! Maybe I'll throw some steaks on the grill for lunch tomorrow :twisted:

I've used up about 3/4 of my supply... 2 deer a year seems just about right for now. I've been doing a lot of sharing with friends too.

Well I got about 10 packs of tenderloins and 50 packs of sticks. I don't eat a lot of it, I donate most to Hunters for the hungry and friends.

My freezer is bare, no venison at all. I don't know if I can hold out 'till BP season... I may have to dust off the old bow.

I still got a bunch & our bow season opens in 2 more months. Reckon I gotta have a cookout. :grin:
