Last week I got some Sour Cherry wine started and I also began bottling some of the Wines I made last year. Soon time for the Blackberrys and Raspberrys to appear. Then comes the Elderberrys in September. As soon as I see some new Granny Smiths, I will attempt Apple again.
I even got my Brother interested in the hobby now. He made a good buy last year. He found an older gent who was getting out of the hobby and bought him out. I don't know what he paid but he got about 40 one gallon jugs and a few 5 gallon carboys. My brother is set for life now. Except for Fermentation Locks and Wine Yeast, he has nothing to look for unless he wants Crocks.
